By accessing or using SystemEase Manager ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information

• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose

3. Facebook Login

When using Facebook Login, you also agree to comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Platform Policy. We are not responsible for Facebook's services or policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SystemEase Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SystemEase Manager be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

8. Advertising Services & Agency Responsibilities

By granting us access to your Facebook Business Manager and ad accounts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You authorize SystemEase Manager to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient budget and payment methods are in place on your Facebook ad account
• SystemEase Manager is not liable for ad spend, campaign performance, or Facebook billing charges
• You may revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Business Settings
• We will not use your ad account for any purpose other than managing campaigns agreed upon with you

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at admin.systemease@systemease.net. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

12. Data Deletion
