Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that SystemEase Manager has collected through Facebook Login and our platform. This includes all data associated with your account, Facebook permissions, and any information you have provided to us.

What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Facebook access tokens and OAuth credentials
  • Facebook Business Manager and ad account data
  • Campaign performance data and analytics
  • Any files or documents you have uploaded
  • All usage logs associated with your account

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to:

admin.systemease@systemease.net

Include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Facebook account name or ID (if applicable)

Option 2: Revoke Facebook Access Directly

You can immediately revoke our access to your Facebook data through Facebook's settings:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find SystemEase Manager
  3. Click Remove
  4. Select "Delete all posts, photos and videos" to remove all associated data

Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records), but will not be used for any other purpose.
